About the Role:
Audeara is seeking a Full-Time Trainee to join their team and work towards a Certificate III in Business. In this role, you’ll be providing exceptional customer support and technical assistance through various communication channels. You’ll play a key role in supporting both the Customer Support and Operations departments while developing a solid foundation in business and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide excellent customer support through phone and email.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and setup of Audeara products, both remotely and in person.
- Handle order dispatches, manage customer orders, and process NDIS-related orders.
- Administration & Data Entry.
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and contribute to product performance improvement.
Requirements:
- Must be committed to completing a Certificate III in Business during the traineeship.
- No prior experience necessary, but an interest in customer service and technology is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Must have reliable transportation and be available for full-time hours.
- Driver's License is mandatory.
